Jana Rogers is a multitalented force based in Salt Lake City, Utah. A skilled mountain women and ski photographer she has designed her life to be in mountains. Her creative work aims to bridge the gap between adventure and purpose, centering on supporting climate advocacy, conservation, and social and environmental justice. She believes creatives must think of themselves as informed and empowered forces working for a greater good, instead of simply artists for hire. On skis since she could walk Jana is a former MBSEF coach and holds a PSIA 3 Certification. You can find Jana in the mountains skiing, tinkering with gear on the skin track, and working from her remote design studio.
Jana's photography has been widely recognized in the outdoor industry and in print internationally. Most recently she won the Niseko ski shootout in Niseko, Japan.
Jana holds a degree in Architecture, specialized in Sustainable Product and Material Design. Fascinated by the interplay of light and movement she often sketches in the mountains, working in both acrylic and charcoal. Her recent mural project was featured by Guggenheim Architecture and Grey Magazine.
