Take a Whiff.
Good Morning, .
I woke up this morning to the scent of fall.
The sun was just rising, the birds were beginning
to talk, my dog's fir was tickling my face and
the taste of last nights roasted garlic was still
on my tongue (what can I say? I love garlic).
I was awake.
Within the first 5 seconds of the new day,
each of my five senses had been stimulated.
I was conscious and aware of where I was -
thanks to the timely reporting of my senses.
I smiled, pet my dog and started thinking about
how our senses absorb the millions of bits of
information we encounter every second and
transform them into palpable, reasonable objects
that make sense - and bring definition to our being.
Big thought for 6 in the morning, I know.
But think about it, what would life be if you
couldn't see the fall colors, hear the birds singing,
smell the lilacs, taste the freshly baked cookies
or feel the sand beneath your feet?
Now, think about what it would be if you paid
EXTRA attention to these innate receptors?
How would your life change? What would you
discover and learn? What would you feel?
Give it a shot.
Over the weekend, I received several emails asking why
we have not yet released the new line. To answer,
we are currently in the process of updating our
website, and before we "unveil" the new designs,
we want a place for you to visit, explore and get
all of the information you need.
The date of completion and launch is set for
September 15th, just a couple weeks away.
In the meantime, keep your eyes out for the
First Degree (this newsletter) we're cooking
up some pretty "sensational" goods that I think
may tickle your fancy...
P.S. Do you have a friend who you think
should check out Icelantic?
Forward this email - fuel the fire!
