Melt the Ice: What You Need to Know

Icelantic’s Annual Melt The Ice Sale is back and we’ve got demo skis to sell!

Typically this is an in-person store event only. However for this year, to take every precaution we can to keep our community safe, the entire sale will be online only. We feel this is ultimately a win-win—everyone has access to the sale this year! 

Demo skis from our entire demo fleet—those Nomad 105s you were pining after, Maidens, backcountry skis, and more—are all available!

Here’s some of the nitty gritty: 

→ First come first served, so make sure you scoop the skis you’re looking for as soon as possible! 
→ Again, this store will be online only to minimize group gatherings. 
→ In-Store pickup will be available every day from 12-5pm (through June 9th). If you are unable to make those hours work, contact cassidy@icelanticskis.com
→ All skis will come with a fresh tune and wax courtesy of Denver Sports Lab. They will be offering 25% off an additional tune for any demo purchase.
→ We will allow a 7-day period from the delivery date to accept returns, refunds, and exchanges. 
→ All demo ski purchases still have our 3-Year Bombproof Warranty. That ensures 3 years of protection outside of normal wear-and-tear from the year the ski was made.
No pro-codes or discount codes can be used on sale demo skis. All pro-codes will be deactivated during the period of the sale. 

Other Frequently Asked Questions: 

→ What kind of shape can I expect the skis to be in? 

All skis will come with a fresh wax and tune from Denver Sports Lab with no damage to the bases or construction of the ski. General wear-and-tear, including cosmetic blemishes and/or minor top-sheet chipping, can be expected. These skis served as our demo fleets across the country this season, but you can be assured that we wouldn’t sell them if we didn’t stand by their quality! All demo skis still come with our 3-Year Bombproof Warranty. That ensures 3 years of protection outside of normal wear-and-tear from the year the ski was made.


→ How do I get the warranty? 

To register your skis for warranty head here. If for some reason you are getting an error, email info@icelanticskis.com with your serial number.

→ What happens if I don’t like the skis? 

We want to make sure the skis you receive are the skis you want! You have up to 7 days after delivery to inquire about a refund, return, or exchange. After that time window, all sales are final. 

→ Have the skis been drilled/mounted before? 

Yes, most of the skis, unless noted otherwise, have been drilled once. Drill holes do not affect the quality of the ski, and drilling the skis again for your binding should not be a problem. 

→ What are the bindings like? 

Bindings are sold separately for $100. They are the used Tyrolia Attack-13 Demo Bindings and you can shop them here. Just like the skis, the bindings have normal wear and tear but are in great shape! These bindings were on all of our demo skis that were at on-hill demo events this season, and now we want them to find permanent homes! 

Can you put the bindings on for me? 

Unfortunately not, but your local ski shop should be able to help you out with mounting needs. Give ‘em a ring! 

When will my skis ship? How will I know when they are en route?

All ski orders should ship within a week of placing the order, however most should go out within a couple business days. Once your skis ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I use my pro-code?

All pro-codes will be deactivated during the sale.
