Introducing the second and final year of the collaboration between Icelantic and Strictly Create: Calvin Barrett’s Ltd Ed Nomad 95.

Athlete Calvin Barrett is long time Icey family along with artist Sam Winship. They collaborated to produce limited edition graphics for his go-to ski as a park and street athlete, the Nomad 95.

These skis are available in very limited purchase and first come first served.

About the Nomad 95:

The award-winning Nomad 95 is the narrowest option in the Nomad Freeride Collection. Its 95mm platform, rockered tip and tail and 2mm of camber underfoot, gives you true versatility all over the mountain.

The Freeride series features our Hybrid Flight Core consisting of poplar and paulownia wood, making the collection lighter and more poppy—allowing you to effortlessly play all over the mountain.

For a second year, the boys behind Strictly Create teamed up with friend, Icey athlete, and artist Samuel Winship to create the top sheet artwork for this ski. The end product is a one of a kind graphic that is a representation of Calvin and Parker though Sam’s creative lens.

Where can I find a shop that sells Icelantic skis close to me?

What type of tune do your skis leave the factory with?

Every Icelantic Ski comes fresh out of the wrapper with a 1 degree edge and 1 degree base bevel. All of our skis come with a universal wax.

Where should I mount my skis?

Every Icelantic Ski features a BC mark on the ski next to the serial number. This is our recommended “Boot Center” mounting point.

Every Ski also features a CC mark. This is the “Core Center” mark and should only be used for those looking for a center mount. This mostly applies to park skis.

What binding do you recommend?

There are a lot of good bindings out there these days. We recommend a binding that has a brake width that fits over the width of your ski but no more than 10mm wider. Here’s an example: If you purchased the Nomad 105, any binding with a 110 waist width will fit seamlessly over your ski. Also, note that the DIN range on a binding is important. DIN determines releasability of the binding. More mass, more advanced ski ability, and smaller feet will lead to a higher DIN setting.
