All of Icelantic's skis are covered from manufacturers' defects for 3 year's from the effective date that your skis were produced. (Starting September 1st of the model year) If you think you have a warranty issue as a result of a factory defect, please contact Icelantic's warranty department at email@example.com or by phone at 303.670.6804. You will then be given a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) so that your skis can be sent to Icelantic and inspected. Photos and detailed descriptions in your warranty issue e-mail go a long way in helping us process the request. Once received for warranty service Icelantic will determine whether or not the damage falls under the coverage of our warranty. If so, your skis will be repaired or replaced. You pay for shipping the skis to us and we will pay to send them back to you! We want to be able to help get you back on a pair of Icelantic's as soon as possible but please allow 3-4 weeks for repairs and processing.
