Erin Young
All Mntn, Backcountry
Erin is often known as "the mama" to her ski groups. Not just because she is actually a mom, but because she consistently has a Mary Poppins bag for every type of ski day (snacks, first aid, hand sanitizer, etc). After suffering multiple large injuries, Erin left the slopestyle/big mountain competition scene and hid out in the backcountry instead. Eventually, Erin started to peak out from the Gore Range trees and began judging slopestyle and halfpipe events. She is now the Head Judge for USASA Rocky Mountain Series, an FIS Freeski A Level World Cup Judge, and is the first woman freeski judge for X Games and Dew Tour.

Fun Facts
Erin was elected to the Summit County Board of Education in 2007 and 2011 and is currently running for Summit County Commissioner for 2020.
