Warranty Duration
Our warranty covers your skis for three years from the production date, which begins on August 1 of the model year regardless of purchase date. For example, a ski from the 23/24 line would be covered until August 1, 2026. This coverage applies to all Icelantic Skis with a valid proof of purchase.

What's Covered
The warranty is here to protect you from manufacturing defects—the things that shouldn’t happen, but sometimes do. Damage, neglect, and cosmetic wear and tear from general use on the mountain is not covered. Here are some examples of what is and is not covered.
What is NOT covered:
• Damage Caused by impacts, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Scratching or chipping of the top sheet.
• Mis-mounts or any modifications to the ski.
•Some forms of excessive park damage. (Please see the Park Rider section below)
What IS covered:
• Core and/or edge cracks
• Delaminations
• Binding pull outs
Put simply: if it’s a factory flaw, we’ve got your back. If you have an issue that is not covered or mentioned here we never like to leave a member of the Icey family hanging. We can offer assistance with repairs and expert knowledge simply by emailing info@icelanticskis.com.
Park Rider Coverage
We love our park athletes and want to make sure you feel confident while pushing your equipment to the absolute limit. Our warranty will cover skis with obvious park damage for one full replacement. Your replacement pair will not have the same coverage and will not be eligible for replacement. We can still help with repairs and advice to keep them running as long as possible so do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@icelanticskis.com.
How to File A Claim
If something seems off with your skis and you believe it’s a manufacturing issue, here’s how to start the process:
1. Please have your proof of purchase and pictures of the issue ready and email them over to warranty@icelanticskis.com with a description of when you first noticed the issue.
2. A team member will reach back out to you within 2 business days to assess the issue.
3. If the issue is not covered we will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution to your problem.
4. If the issue is covered we will gather your information and work with you to get the problem repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
5. If you are local to our Golden, Colorado headquarters you can bring your skis by anytime during our retail business hours. If you need to ship your skis to us please use the address below. All costs for shipping skis to Icelantic will be assumed by the customer. Icelantic is only responsible for shipping skis back to the customer in the event of a warranty or repair.

Replacements and What to Expect
If we need to replace your skis, we’ll do our best to match the model and length, but we can’t always guarantee an identical graphic or design. If your exact ski isn’t available, we’ll hook you up with something of equal or greater value. Replacement skis may also include skis with cosmetic blemishes.
Repairs and What to Expect
If you need a repair then we can assist you in working with your local shop to get the work done and are even willing to give them a call to walk through the best repair process. We have the ability to repair skis at our factory in a way that most local ski shops can’t. If the issue is something that can only be repaired by us, we will ask that you ship or drop off your skis to get fixed. Expect around 4 weeks before we will ship your ski back to you. The cost of repairs will be assumed by the customer unless otherwise stated by our staff. We love to hook it up when we can!
