Returns and Exchanges Policy

Icelantic gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online on icelanticskis.com, at our retail store in Golden, Colorado, or ordered by phone for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale. 

Return In-Store:
Orders shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Icelantic HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with our policy.

If you have any further questions, please email info@icelanticskis.com with your order number.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you will receive and refund notification and should expect your refund to process in 2-5 business days. 

Is there a return fee?

Icelantic will cover the cost of all return labels with the exception of pro-deal purchases.
For ExpertVoice and all other pro-deal purchases, customer is responsible for the return label cost. 

How do I request a return label?

Start your return process by emailing info@icelanticskis.com with your order number. 

Can I return my items to a store?

Online and phone purchases, including orders placed in stores for delivery, that shipped to a U.S. address, may be returned to Icelantic HQ in Golden, Colorado. 

Can I return my store purchase through the mail?

Yes. Returns can be processed by mail for items purchased in our retail stores within 30 days of original purchase for full refund to original payment. Please be sure to include a proof of purchase and mail the item(s) back using your own insured traceable method to Icelantic Skis, 1300 Washington Avenue, Golden CO 80401. 

Can I include multiple orders in the same package?

Yes. Start your return process by emailing info@icelanticskis.com with your order number. Please be sure to include the return packing slips from each order in the package. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
