Returns and Exchanges

Icelantic gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online or at our retail store in Golden, Colorado. Only new unused and unmounted skis will be accepted for return. Returns are eligible for a refund of the cost of the merchandise or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a receipt or order number.

 

Return In-Store:
Orders shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Icelantic HQ in Golden, CO for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with this policy. 

Return via Mail:
Please follow the link above to initiate a return. Our return portal should provide a shipping label and everything you need to get the product back to Icelantic. If you have any further questions, please email info@icelanticskis.com with your order number. 

All fees associated with shipping a return back to Icelantic will be assumed by the customer. Return insurance is available at check out which will cover any cost associated with a return. 

 

Return Policy Continued:
Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. 

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notification and should expect your refund to be processed in 2-5 business days. 

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
