Over the last 10 years Icelantic has been making 100% of our skis in the USA, utilizing the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, creating the MOST DURABLE SKIS ON THE MARKET. We feel so confident in our construction and craftsmanship we are now offering the industries most comprehensive 3-Year Warranty ensuring that you believe in our products as much as we do.
All of Icelantic’s skis are covered from manufacturers’ defects for 3 year’s from the effective date that your skis were produced. (Starting September 1st
of the model year) If you think you have a warranty issue as a result of a factory defect, please contact Icelantic's warranty department at email@example.com
or by phone at 303.670.6804. You will then be given a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) so that your skis can be sent to Icelantic and inspected. Photos and detailed descriptions in your warranty issue e-mail go a long way in helping us process the request. Once received for warranty service Icelantic will determine whether or not the damage falls under the coverage of our warranty. If so, your skis will be repaired or replaced. You pay for shipping the skis to us and we will pay to send them back to you! We want to be able to help get you back on a pair of Icelantic’s as soon as possible but please allow 3-4 weeks for repairs and processing.
Examples of what is NOT covered by Icelantic’s 3 Year Warranty:
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, abuse or neglect. AKA Edge Cracks from hitting rails, boxes, stumps etc…
- Scratching or chipping of the topsheet.
- Mis-mounts or any issues regarding mounting
We want to be able to take care of you properly, but BE HONEST! It will go a long way in the warranty process.

SKIS MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY / REPAIR PROGRAM
Our first line of defense when dealing with damaged skis is to assess the problem. Skis that are damaged due to manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Skis with damage resulting from regular wear and tear can be repaired at a slight cost to the customer. If damage occurs contact us as soon as possible. Do not continue to skis on your damaged skis as further damage may occur. This damage will not be covered under Icelantic's Warranty Program. In order for all of our customers to take full advantage of our 3 YEAR WARRANTY see the process below:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the problem.
- Include detailed photos of the damage and serial number of the skis. Your serial number is located around the binding mounting position - ex: 181RKR025).
- An RA (return authorization) number will be issued for your warranty.
Make sure this RA number is included on any and all correspondence regarding your warranty. Write your RA number on the exterior of the box .
- Simply ship your ski / skis to:

Once we receive your skis, we will inspect them and determine whether they should be repaired or replaced. Repairs, especially during the ski season my take up to 8 weeks to repair and ship back. Replacements will be handled as quickly as possible, and will be dependent on inventory.
*All costs associated with shipping and repairs will be assumed by the customer.
Icelantic is not responsible for any shipping charges.
ICELANTIC SKIS SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping policies apply to US and Canada shipping only. Any shipments to Canada will automatically be charged the current daily exchange rate difference. No shipping outside North America. All orders will be shipped UPS from our HQ at 1300 Washington Ave Golden, CO 80401. Shipping prices will vary depending on destination and shipping method (prices may be adjusted accordingly after orders are placed), and usually take up to a week to process. Please call customer service at (303) 670-6804 for orders with expedited shipping. Orders with overnight or 2-day shipping placed after noon will be shipped the following business day. No Saturday deliveries are available.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS: Orders will not be shipped on any of the following Holidays:
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Years Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- ANY POW DAY!! (just kidding…)
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Order fulfillment is dependent on our inventory levels. Items on back order will be shipped as soon as possible when the product arrives at Icelantic HQ.
