A FIS-level ski racer into his early twenties, Eben Mond had a passion for skiing from day one. After moving to the mountains during college, Eben competed in several competitions, gaining respect and sponsors. Eben has skied all over the world, worked with prominent production companies and photographers, and has built a life around the sport he loves. Eben founded, and is Director of, the Loveland All-mountain Freeride Team where he guides youth in big mountain terrain. Eben has incredible passion for skiing and mountains and he is helping to instill the same in future generations, including his own three young sons - Huxley, Wilder and Raven. Eben works hard in the summer on the farm so that he can ski as much as possible in the winter. With a mountain-guide spirit, an intuition for the mountains, unsurpassed motivation and a desire to continually grow, Eben’s goal is to ski well into his eighties.
Eben started the Loveland Freeride Team 11 years ago, and pours his heart into coaching kids to be passionate life-long skiers.
Galena River Ranch is Eben's organic small family farm, where he grows boutique hemp, lavender, vegetables and a bison herd. He and his wife farm while raising their three boys - Huxley, Wilder and Raven - to be as free range as the animals.
