    Behind the Artwork

    This year’s brand-new Torrent and Tempest All-Mountain Collection features symbols from deep elder forests: the ginkgo and the bristlecone pine. Artist and co-founder Travis Parr chose two of nature’s great survivors — the bristlecone pine, among the oldest living organisms on Earth and a symbol of endurance and resilience, and the ginkgo, a living fossil associated with wisdom and renewal.
