1. Eligibility
The [Icelantic Skis] Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the [United States] who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Icelantic Skis and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Icelantic Skis, 1300 Washington Avenue Golden CO 80401, (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that You meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [7/1/25] at [8am] and ends on [8/31/25] at [12am MST] (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, You must complete the designated poll located at https://hsih7cdiccp.typeform.com/artwork-poll during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a pair of any Icelantic skis of their choosing within available inventory (approximate retail value: $[insert MSRP, e.g., $799]). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all shipping, taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will take place on or around 9/1/25. The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that Sponsor may use your name, email, and responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Icelantic Skis and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, partners, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising in any way from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
10. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
11. Privacy

12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to [hanna@icelanticskis.com] with the subject line “Giveaway Winner Request” by [30 days after end date].
