The best way to figure out what ski is right for you is to get on a pair. With the Icelantic Demo Program, finding and trying a pair of Icelantics is easier than ever before. Head here to see all available demo skis.
Use the Demo program to figure out what ski is right for you, and use up to $150 of your demo costs towards the purchase of a brand new ski on our website or at our retail store.
Pickup and dropoff at our NEW Icelantic Demo Center right off 6th Ave and i70, conveniently right on your way to the mountain!
HOW IT WORKS
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Find the skis you want to demo on our demo collection page.
- Select the length, date and times you desire for pickup and dropoff in the fields above.
- Sign the waiver and fill out the skier information form on the rental contract.
- Bring yourself and your boots to Icelantic HQ or to the NEW Icelantic Demo Center at your previously selected time slot to be fitted properly for your demo skis.
- Ski fast, take chances, have a blast!
- Return the skis to Icelantic HQ or the Icelantic Demo Center during your previously selected time slot.
- If you have determined that these are in fact the skis of your dreams, you will be able to redeem the cost of your demo (up to $150) to the purchase of a new Icelantic ski on our website!
- Note that this only applies to full price skis. This credit cannot be used on discounted or sale priced skis and only works at our 2 locations or www.icelanticskis.com.
- To receive your credit and apply it to your ski purchase, email info@icelanticskis.com
- Ring the “New Ski Day” bell at Icelantic and be prepared for increased dopamine levels each time you head up the hill!

You sure can! Here you will find our Dealer Locator page. By checking the “Demo Center” box, you can see who all has Icelantic demos near you! Alas, we cannot offer the try and buy deal with our wholesale partners, but many of them offer other programs to help get you on the Icelantic skis you’ve been dreaming of.
- Unfortunately we do not quite have the capacity to maintain a boot rental fleet at this time, so you will need to bring your own boots, or rent from somewhere else and bring them with you
- We do have poles though for the low cost of $5 per day!
- Short answer, yes! Unless you have a tele boot, the Dynafit boots without a toe bail, or boots with severely worn toe/heel plates.
- Our demo bindings are the Tyrolia Attack 14MN, which are adaptable to nearly every modern ski boot. It is compatible with each of the following sole types:
- Alpine Ski Boots - ISO 5355 Type A
- Alpine Gripwalk/WTR Boots - ISO 23223 Type A
- Touring Ski Boots (rubber/rockered sole) - ISO 9523
We don’t currently have telemark or touring setups. But that could change in the very near future.

We do! $10 insurance per rental period is offered. Insurance covers the full cost of repair, or up to 50% of full replacement of the rented gear if it is totalled.
- Example: Ski rack is not locked on I-70 and skis fly out and get run over by a semi truck: you would be responsible for 50% of replacement cost.
- Example: You get a core shot. The $10 insurance covers that.
- We do indeed! But please note that product availability will be limited to what is on hand on location and unallocated.
- Also, you must bring your boots. You cannot leave the store with a demo until we have properly fit and tested your boot and binding
We do! You can demo ski for as long as you would like.
Demos will be charged by 24 hour cycles.
- EX: if you pickup at 3pm on Tuesday, and drop off at by 10am on Friday, it will be a 3 day rental.
- EX: if you pickup at 10am on Tuesday, and drop off by 6pm on Friday, it will be a 4 day rental.
Yes! You can apply up to $150 of your rental cost to a new Icelantic ski at either location, or on www.icelanticskis.com. This cannot be applied to any skis already on sale or in conjunction with any discount codes.
- If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance of your rental, you will receive a full refund.
- If you return earlier than your expected return date, we will prorate your total rate.
