Terms and Conditions for Icelantic Skis‘ Instagram Giveaway Contest as of Monday, November 6th, 2023 9am MT. Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Giveaway will close 11/13/23 10:00am MT and winner will be announced via Instagram 11/13/23 by 11:59pm MT.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM ACCOUNTS. Winner will be contacted only by @icelantic_skis on Instagram. Any other accounts are not affiliated with this Giveaway.

Prize: Winner will win (1) IKON Base Pass. If you already purchased a pass, you can still enter the giveaway. You have the option to receive reimbursement for your purchased IKON pass. Winner is responsible for contacting IKON for reimbursement. See full details in Section 7 “Prize Conditions”.

The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in the United States
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Icelantic Skis

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram, linked here. Entry requirements include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. See Section 7 “Winner Selection” for full criteria.

The giveaway contest starts on 11/6/23 at 10:00am MT and ends on 11/13/23 at 9:00am MT. Only entries submitted between those two dates will be considered.

The winner will receive a free IKON Base Pass. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Approximate value of the prize is $979. Winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.

Winner will receive an IKON Base Pass. The comp pass is ONLY for the 23/24 season and is not transferable to future seasons. If you already have an IKON pass (Base or Full), you are eligible to receive a full refund for the pass you purchased and then you will receive the comp IKON Base Pass. Winner is responsible for contacting IKON.

Please note: If the winner has purchased a Full IKON Pass, the options are as follows: (1) Receiving the refund & downgrading their pass or (2) Give the comped IKON Base Pass to a friend or family member. Icelantic is not responsible for the transaction, communication, or refund process with IKON. All communication regarding IKON Pass delivery, questions, or inquiries can be directed to mountainambassador@alterramtnco.com

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries submitted by the deadline using a third-party random winner selector tool specific to the post on Instagram. To qualify to win, participant must:

• Like the post on Instagram (link this)
• Follow @icelantic_skis on Instagram
• Tag 2 additional accounts in the comments.

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within 48 hours after the contest end date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours from when the message was sent, another winner will be selected. The first winner will no longer be eligible for the prize if they do not respond within 48 hours.

By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Icelantic Skis to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. Participants grant permission to use context posts for promotional purposes by Icelantic Skis.

Icelantic Skis is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Icelantic Skis and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.

Icelantic Skis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Icelantic Skis also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Icelantic Skis.
