HAND-BUILT CORES

Our HYBRID FLIGHT CORE is made up of a Poplar and Paulownia wood blend. This blend allows us to keep our Freeride Collection lightweight, playful, and snappy. 

Our FEATHER-WEIGHT CORE is made with Balsa wood. Balsa has the highest strength to weight ratio of any hardwood and the crosshatched woodgrains allow for increased stiffness and snap, making our Backcountry Collection lighter and stronger than ever. 

Our POPLAR POWER CORE is made with Poplar wood and is the stiffest core we make. This core allows us to keep the skis in our All Mountain Collection quick, powerful, snappy, and responsive.
