Terms and Conditions for Icelantic Skis‘ Giveaway Contest as of Friday, December 15th, 2023 9am MT. Giveaway will begin tracking every ski purchased between 12/15/23 10:00am MT and 12/15/23 2:00pm MT. Winner will be contacted via email individually.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM. Winner will be contacted only by info@icelanticskis.com. Any other accounts are not affiliated with this Giveaway.

Prize: Winner will win $700 USD placed inside their ski order. Winner will be contacted via email and notified of winning prior to shipment being mailed out.

The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in the United States
• Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Icelantic Skis

To enter, participants must either:

• Purchase any ski on www.icelanticskis.com between the hours of 10:00am MT and 2:00pm MT on 12/15/23. See Section 7 “Winner Selection” for full criteria.
• Enter via this form.

Section 3: Entry Period & Duration

Giveaway will begin for every ski purchased OR for every entry in the alternate form of entry form submitted between 12/15/23 10:00am MT and 12/15/23 2:00pm MT. Only ski purchases or form submissions made between those two dates will be considered.

Section 4: Prize

The winner will receive $700 USD in cash. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no alternatives to it. Value of the prize is $700 USD. Winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.

Section 5: Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries submitted. All submissions made (either by ski purchase or by form entry) by the deadline will be entered into a third-party random winner selector tool. The third-party tool will select the winner, who will be notified via email to expect the cash prize in their ski box.

Section 8: Publicity

By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Icelantic Skis to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. Participants grant permission to use context posts for promotional purposes by Icelantic Skis.

Icelantic Skis is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Icelantic Skis and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.

Icelantic Skis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Icelantic Skis also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Icelantic Skis.
