SMS Terms of Service — Icelantic Skis

The Program
The Icelantic Skis mobile message program (the “Program”) is operated by Icelantic Skis (“Icelantic,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
By consenting to the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Icelantic Skis at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may include product launches and restocks, demo and event information, order and account updates, cart reminders, promotions, and other marketing offers.
Enrollment is entirely voluntary. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase from Icelantic Skis.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. We do not charge for the Program, but message and data rates may apply and you are responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan for details.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll. You must be the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.
How to stop messages
You may leave the Program at any time, by any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. Methods include replying to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT; clicking the unsubscribe link in any message where one appears; emailing info@icelanticskis.com; or calling 303-670-6804.
You will receive a single confirmation message. We will process your request promptly and in no event later than ten business days after receipt. If you are enrolled in more than one Icelantic messaging program, you may need to opt out of each separately unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Sending number
Messages originate from +1 (877) 757-2778. We may change the number used to operate the Program and will notify you if we do. Messages sent to a number we have retired may not be received, and we cannot honor opt-out or help requests sent to a retired number.
Delivery
Wireless carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery, for errors in message content, or for any action taken in reliance on the Program.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.
Changes
We may modify or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
